I’m passionate about supporting and helping my clients heal their broken hearts after the loss of a loved one. My happy moments is when you go from unhappy to feeling happy during our time together.
Interestingly born on Valentine’s Day, a day of love. How could I not want that for you!
There’s a common belief that you never get over the loss of a loved one; that your heart never heals and you’re never quite the same again. I don’t think this is true.
In nursing, I saw first-hand how the body heals – so why not the heart? I believe you can overcome grief by understanding what grief is, reconnect to yourself and find life after loss – because I’ve been there.
As a life long learner, it seemed natural to me to delve deeper into why I felt the way I did and how I could get help to heal myself. This I did with training to become a grief coach.
My mission’s to uplift others when they’re facing challenging times and help them re-connect to what’s important. I also believe in giving back by supporting charities and volunteering in the community.
When I’m not teaching or meeting with clients you can find me at the gym, golfing or yoga. I love travelling, reading, learning, coffee and wine!

I’ve been studying the grieving process for over 6 years.
Also, I’ve experienced grief from loss and understand the turmoil, the chaos it brings into your life. Even with multiple losses, there was none so traumatic as the death of my father.
Fortunately, through my background in nursing, I never feared death but it hadn’t prepared me for the overwhelming emotional turmoil that comes with mourning.
Having half of the equation I’d often wonder how others managed when they had neither.
Knowing the impact of my father’s death on me, certainly fuelled my desire to help and guide others through their pain and turmoil.
My Mission is to help people find their lives and purpose after grief and loss – just as I found mine.
My Approach & Philosophy
I believe the more you understand a subject the less you fear it and that is true for grief. It’s all too easy to get stuck and lose your way.
That’s why my approach differs from traditional grief therapy. I like to combine science, ancient wisdom, with a dash of positive psychology to help you to release your grief in a way that is healing, find the peace and ease from overwhelm. Create new ways of thinking and grow through your grieving experience. While keeping and holding memories of your loved one in your heart.
Life is a series of endings, challenge and change. Knowing the good thing about endings is they allow for new beginnings and possibilities to enter.
When you see and view your grief in a different way. You’ll note you have the confidence, resilience and tools to deal with it in the future.
