Over the last year, I’ve immersed myself in the study of Positive Intelligence and found amazing impacts on reducing stress, improving relationships and improving my health. Upon completing the 6-week Mental Fitness program, I saw the potential benefits it gave to individuals grappling with loss. I was excited to see how sharing this information could support my clients on their grief journey. This thought encouraged me to take the program to become a certified Mental Fitness Coach. My singular aim – is to guide clients through the labyrinth of loss, while supporting them to find their resilience and strength in moving forward.
